Shipping and handling fees depend on the order quantity, ship to address, and package size/weight.
Mellow World usually ships all orders by Federal Express (FedEx) and USPS. Special arrangements for delivery are available upon request.
Customers are responsible for providing physical addresses for all orders or the shipment(s) will be postponed.
Shipping and handling charges will be applied on all shipping orders unless there are any shipping promotions.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Most standard shipping orders placed by 12 p.m. PST will be processed the same business day, and will ship within one business day after your order is placed unless there is a back order. Please note that some orders may take longer to process than others.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order have been shipped.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the same order to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
All returned orders due to incorrect shipping address and non-deliverable address are subject to $20 handling fee plus the shipping fee. Mellow World will provide the tracking number of the package by e-mail after the completion of the transaction. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carriers to update the delivery status.
Important: Customers should refuse packages that have arrived opened or damaged. Customers are responsible to report any shortage and damages of the purchased merchandises within 48 hours of receipt.
Free shipping on orders over $75 for all online retail's orders. Free standard shipping (FedEx Ground) within the continental US, not valid when shipping to multiple addresses. No adjustment to prior purchases. Not valid if combined with other offers. Offer may expire at any time without prior notice.
What is a Pre-Order?
We offer pre-order as a way to reserve a bag in advance of our upcoming product delivery, with the understanding that it will ship at a later date than when you purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.
When will my Pre-Order Ship?
