Return & Exchange Policy

The following Return Policy only applies to online retail purchases made through mellowhandbag.com
 

1) FINAL SALES: All sales of items marked as SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). SALE items cannot be price adjusted.

2) For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unused with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Items received without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or is outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded. 

 

Returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Shipping is non-refundable.

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Please note all final sale merchandise may not be refunded for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unused and with all tags attached.

All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. To receive an RMA number please login to your account. RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days, after that period, it will be considered void. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any merchandise returned to us with a RMA number that had exceeded the 14-day validity. RMA numbers must be legibly written on the outside of the package. Purchases returned via mail with a RMA number within 14 days of being issued will be refunded to the original method of payment. Mellow World will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information.  

 

Securely pack your merchandise in a box (you may also use the original package if possible). Please legibly write the RMA number on the outside of your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
